Grene Wind Industry Supplies A/S, GWIS, has the muscles in the wind industry and will extend the rust protection from LHG Group to manufacturers and subcontractors worldwide.

DISTRIBUTOR: Grene Wind Industry Supplies A/S, GWIS, is the company to distribute and sell the rust protection from LHG Group to the global wind turbine industry.

At GWIS, the CEO Christian Hansen, is very satisfied with the corporation with LHG.

-LHG contacted us because global distribution of the pro-duct requires muscles, which we have.  We have been through a positive journey with LHG, completely without conflicts. LHG always contributes with knowledge, knowledge sharing and at trade fairs. They are super professional, Christian Hansen says.  

He has no doubt that the potential for increased rust protection to the wind turbine industry is large.

– We have increased sale of SUVO Non Nafta successfully recent years, but we are convinced that the potential is larger in the crowd of major wind turbine manufacturers. We are going to spread the message that it is a green and good investment. The world has changed a lot the last 2-3 years in direction of a far greater focus on sustainability, so we have reached the perfect timing, he says.

 

New co-owners in the spring

GWIS got new co-owners in the spring through a sale to Bagger-Sørensen Equity A/S (Dandy family), and the company is working hard on the establish-ment of a global presence in all regions where the wind industry is growing.

GWIS thus opened a distribution center in India in 2021 and is subsequently continuing to the South and North America, just like they are in dialogue with Taiwan. – We need local sourcing competences and distribution in all the continent, where the wind turbine industry is already big or going to grow significantly in the coming years. In this way, we ensure that we can service turbine manufacturers and turbine owners efficiently and with short lead times, Christian Hansen states.

GWIS delivers over 6.000 products for wind turbine- and offshore industry, with SUVO Non Nafta as the only product in the large assortment. – In return, the product has a clear green profile and brings rust protection to a higher level. Likewise, there are potential for much more, The CEO of GWIS says.
