Low-viscosity, light brown, penetrating oil- and wax-based rust protection product with a high concentration of effective corrosion inhibitors. Rust Stop 80 provides outstanding protection against corrosion and helps prevent the spread of existing rust. Its excellent penetrating and moisture-displacing properties leave a protective waxy film on the treated surface.

Applications

Rust Stop 80 is particularly suitable for cavities, underbodies, joints and the maintenance of previously treated surfaces. It is suitable for protecting all types of metal surfaces requiring rust protection.

Application instructions

Apply using a low-pressure or high-pressure application system. Before application, ensure the surface is dry and free from loose particles and dirt. For cavity treatment, air-assisted application systems provide the best results. To achieve optimum penetration into joints and crevices, the application temperature should not be below +15°C.
